ppNetherlands Job Family Group: Corporate Relations Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: September 24, 2026 Business Unit: Finance Experience Level: Experienced Professionals /ph3What’s the role /h3pAs an Energy Analyst, you will join Shell’s Energy Fundamentals Team, a group at the forefront of analysing the global energy system and the pace of the energy transition. The team develops and maintains proprietary energy models, builds long-term energy scenarios, evaluates external outlooks, and generates insights that inform Shell’s portfolio, capital allocation, and positions on key energy and climate policy issues. You will help assess the evolving competitiveness of fuels, technologies, and energy sources as markets, policy, innovation, and consumer preferences change. Providing a unique, system-wide view of the energy landscape, the team leads the quantitative analysis underpinning all Shell Scenarios and serves as Shell’s centre of expertise on external energy outlooks.
