ppbNetherlands - Permanent - Salary Negotiable /b /ph3ROLE OVERVIEW /h3pWe are looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Developer to join a specialist Netherlands-based technical team delivering and supporting BMC solutions for enterprise customers. /ppThis is a hands-on technical role for someone with strong BMC Remedy / Helix ITSM development experience who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, contributing directly in customer discussions and operating with a high level of autonomy. /ppAlongside development and configuration, you will work closely with customers and internal technical colleagues to understand requirements, solve problems and deliver effective BMC Helix solutions. /ppThe role would suit someone who combines strong technical capability with the confidence to communicate directly with customers and become a trusted technical member of the team. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3BMC Helix Development Configuration /h3ulliDevelop, configure and customise BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy solutions to meet customer requirements. /liliSupport the design and development of workflows, forms, integrations and application functionality. /liliWork with existing BMC environments to enhance, optimise and troubleshoot solutions. /liliSupport integrations between BMC Helix and other customer systems using APIs and appropriate integration technologies. /liliContribute to technical design decisions and solution development across customer projects. /liliWork directly with customer technical and operational teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. /liliTranslate customer requirements into practical technical solutions. /liliParticipate confidently in customer meetings and technical discussions. /liliProvide clear technical guidance and communicate progress, risks and solutions effectively. /liliBuild strong, trusted working relationships with customers. /li /ulh3Delivery, Support Knowledge Sharing /h3ulliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, implementation and live environments. /liliSupport testing, implementation and post-go-live activities. /liliProduce and maintain appropriate technical documentation. /liliShare technical knowledge within the team and contribute to reducing dependency on individual team members. /liliContribute to continuous improvement, reusable solutions and internal technical best practice. /liliTake ownership of assigned work and manage priorities independently. /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3h3Required /h3ulliMinimum 4 years' professional experience working with BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix ITSM. /liliStrong hands-on experience developing, configuring and supporting BMC ITSM solutions. /liliGood understanding of ITSM processes including areas such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB and Service Level Management. /liliExperience working directly with customers or stakeholders in a technical environment. /liliStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. /liliComfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of technical delivery. /liliFluent Dutch and good working proficiency in English. /liliBased in the Netherlands with the legal right to work there. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulli6+ years' BMC Remedy / Helix experience. /liliExperience with CMDB and Discovery. /liliExperience with API integrations and customised workflows. /liliProgramming or scripting experience supporting BMC customisation and integration. /liliExperience delivering solutions within large enterprise or regulated environments. /liliExisting or previous security clearance, or experience working within security-sensitive customer environments. /li /ulh3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3pTechnical capability is important, but this role requires more than somebody who can simply develop against a specification. /ppWe are looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, communicate confidently with customers and become a trusted technical presence within the team. /ppYou should be comfortable getting involved in both the technical detail and the wider customer conversation, bringing ideas, solving problems and helping drive solutions forward. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
