We operate in more than 170 countries and regions with more than 207,000 employees. /p h3Job Location /h3 pRijswijk, Netherlands /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the resolution of software issues in the field for products such as photovoltaics, data centers, energy storage, and charging, quickly addressing problems and preventing their recurrence. /li liComplete communication and interaction with clients, assist clients and the service team in resolving issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. /li liParticipate in maintenance activities for products like photovoltaics, data centers, energy storage, and charging, including preventive maintenance checks, to ensure smooth operation in the field. /li liDevelop software maintenance platforms and capabilities, continuously enhance the maintenance skills of team members, and foster a positive team atmosphere. /li liExtract software optimization suggestions and maintainability requirements for products based on field issues. /li liParticipate in the design of digital operation and maintenance solutions for energy software (such as IT tools), continuously improving product maintainability. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFoundational knowledge in new energy and software-related fields: software engineering, communication engineering, mechanical engineering, photovoltaics, data centers, energy storage, and temperature control. /li liPreference for candidates with some maintenance experience and software capabilities. /li liUniversity degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li liAt least one year of experience in developing, testing, or maintaining software products (including solutions) is preferred. /li liExperience with energy-related products is preferred. /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. /li liExcellent learning and adaptability abilities. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunications companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
