Als Reservations Employee ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten—je helpt hen bij het plannen van hun verblijf en zorgt ervoor dat hun ervaring al begint voordat ze arriveren. Ons team is jong, energiek en altijd op zoek naar manieren om gasten te verrassen—van persoonlijke tips tot een vlekkeloze boekingservaring. Als Reservations Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor:Het professioneel beheren van gastreserveringen via telefoon, e-mail en online boekingsplatforms
Het verstrekken van informatie over kamers, tarieven en hotelservices Het adviseren van gasten over lokale bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en activiteiten
Administratieve taken zoals bevestigingen, facturering en updates van reserveringen

Bij The Toren draait alles om persoonlijke aandacht, stijl en het creëren van onvergetelijke gastbelevingen. Ons boutique hotel aan de Keizersgracht is klein maar vol karakter, waardoor we zeer persoonlijke service kunnen bieden. Als Reservations Employee ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten—je helpt hen bij het plannen van hun verblijf en zorgt ervoor dat hun ervaring al begint voordat ze arriveren. Ons team is jong, energiek en altijd op zoek naar manieren om gasten te verrassen—van persoonlijke tips tot een vlekkeloze boekingservaring. Hier werk je niet alleen, je wordt onderdeel van een team dat elke dag nét dat beetje extra toevoegt.
Jouw rol
Als Reservations Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het professioneel beheren van gastreserveringen via telefoon, e-mail en online boekingsplatforms
- Het verstrekken van informatie over kamers, tarieven en hotelservices
- Het adviseren van gasten over lokale bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en activiteiten
- Administratieve taken zoals bevestigingen, facturering en updates van reserveringen
- Samenwerken met Front Office en Bar teams
- Assisteren bij speciale verzoeken en VIP-gasten
- Gastvrij, enthousiast en professioneel van aard
- Energiek, flexibel en een echte teamspeler
- Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, met uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden
- Engels (extra talen zijn een pluspunt)
- Ervaring met HMS, Microsoft Office en online boekingssystemen
- Kennis van Amsterdam: bezienswaardigheden, musea, uitgaan en lokale tips
- Beschikbaar voor flexibele diensten, inclusief ochtenden, avonden en weekenden
- Een afwisselende functie binnen een jong, ambitieus en dynamisch team
- Mogelijkheid om alle facetten van boutique hotel operations te leren
- Werken in twee prachtige 17e-eeuwse grachtenpanden
