RTV Connect (Stichting Streekomroep Midden Gelderland)
RTV Connect is de streekomroep voor Midden-Gelderland en is een samenwerkingsverband van de Liemerse Omroep Stichting en de Stichting Streekomroep Midden Gelderland. Wij volgen het nieuws, de gemeentepolitiek, sport, cultuur en andere ontwikkelingen in onze regio op de voet. Bij RTV Connect werken zowel betaalde journalistieke medewerkers als vrijwilligers. Het ideale bestuurslid van RTV Connect woont in de regio Midden-Gelderland en heeft daar een netwerk. Eerdere ervaring opgedaan als bestuurder in een organisatie waarin ook vrijwilligers actief zijn, is een voordeel. Ervaring in de media is geen vereiste. Als penningmeester maak je onderdeel uit van ons vijfkoppige bestuur. Naast jou bestaat het bestuur uit een voorzitter, secretaris, en twee algemene bestuursleden. De penningmeester is verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van de streekomroep. Deze rol omvat het toezicht houden op de financiële transacties, het beheren van de begroting en het waarborgen van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Analytische vaardigheden en een hoog niveau van integriteit zijn essentieel.

- Het betreft een vrijwilligersfunctie. De tijdsbesteding bedraagt gemiddeld 2 uur per week. Het bestuur komt zo’n tien keer per jaar bij elkaar. Ook buiten de vergaderingen om is er regelmatig onderling contact over lopende zaken. Afstemming vindt vaak online plaats, bijvoorbeeld via Teams.

Als penningmeester maak je onderdeel uit van ons vijfkoppige bestuur. Naast jou bestaat het bestuur uit een voorzitter, secretaris, en twee algemene bestuursleden.
De penningmeester is verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van de streekomroep. Deze rol omvat het toezicht houden op de financiële transacties, het beheren van de begroting en het waarborgen van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Analytische vaardigheden en een hoog niveau van integriteit zijn essentieel.Wat voor kennis of vaardigheden zijn nodig?
* Beheren van de financiële administratie en boekhouding.
* Opstellen en monitoren van de jaar en meerjarenbegroting en financiële rapportages.
* Adviseren van het bestuur over financiële beslissingen.
* Toezicht houden op inkomsten en uitgaven.
* Verzorgen van de financiële communicatie met externe partijen.
* Begeleiden opstellen jaarrekening en accountantscontrole.
* Zorgen voor transparantie en nauwkeurigheid in financiële zaken.
* Het nemen van initiatieven voor financiële planning en risicobeheer.
* Voldoen aan wettelijke vereisten en financiële regelgeving, die voortvloeien uit o.a. de Mediawet.

Je kunt jouw netwerk en ervaring inzetten om direct maatschappelijke impact maken. Je gaat deel uit maken van een gemotiveerd bestuur dat bouwt aan een streekomroep die klaar is voor de toekomst. In deze bestuursrol krijg je de kans om toezicht te houden op de financiële zaken van de organisatie en bij te dragen aan de groei en stabiliteit van RTV Connect.
