As Product Developer – Tech Fashion, you will play a key role in developing apparel that is visually striking, technically sound, and ready for everyday movement. /ppYou will work alongside designers, pattern makers, and material specialists to bring each garment to life. From ideation to industrialization, you will oversee the technical development of pieces that are rooted in fashion yet engineered for performance and protection. /ppOur Tech Fashion line reflects a new generation of riders and commuters. You will help translate creative concepts into apparel that move effortlessly between function and lifestyle, always meeting the high standards REV’IT! is known for. /ppstrongWhat does this mean in practice? /strong /ppYour job will include: /pulliSupporting the end-to-end development of the Tech Fashion apparel range (jackets, pants and jeans). /liliTranslating style concepts into garments with built-in functionality and protection. /liliCollaborating closely with internal design and RD teams to ensure quality and consistency. /liliWorking with global suppliers to develop and assess prototypes and production samples. /liliMonitoring fit, sizing, and construction to align with REV’IT! standards. /liliManaging product documentation such as BOMs and tech packs. /liliParticipating in seasonal planning and collection reviews. /liliContributing to material research for performance and durability improvements. /liliEnsuring certification and safety standards are integrated into the process. /liliStaying updated on developments in fashion, textile innovation, and motorcycle/mobility culture. /li /ulpThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Product Development Manager. /ppYou are a motivated professional with a background in fashion and a sharp eye for construction and detail.
