Trusted by organisations including KPN, Rijksoverheid and Atos, Ubiqu is at the forefront of Europe’s rapidly evolving digital identity landscape. /ppWe’re now looking for a Controller to join our Team and help drive the next phase of growth, funding, and scaling. /pulliFull Time /liliMolengraaffsingel 12-14, 2629 JD Delft /li /ulh3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliRun the full finance function day to day, bookkeeping, monthly close, reporting and internal controls. /liliOwn budgeting, forecasting process and cash-flow planning, and keep a clear view of runway at all times. /liliProduce monthly management reporting and turn the numbers into insights the CEO and management team can act on. /liliAct as financial sparring partner to leadership, supporting commercial decisions, pricing and business cases. /liliManage relationships with the accountant, auditors, tax advisors and banks. /liliSupport funding rounds and investor processes, data rooms, financial models and due-diligence requests. /liliSafeguard compliance: VAT, payroll, statutory filings and grant/subsidy administration (e.g. WBSO). /liliStrengthen finance processes, tooling and controls as the company scales. /li /ulh3Key requirements: /h3ulli3+ years in finance (Big4, scale-up, or similar) /liliStrong in accounting + financial analysis /liliHands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scale-up /liliAmbition to grow into a senior finance leadership role /li /ulh3Who are we? /h3pUbiqu is a fast-growing cybersecurity company located at YES!
