Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you will build trusted relationships, drive service excellence, and support long-term customer growth and retention. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers across Europe. /liliDevelop strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor. /liliLead customer performance reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). /liliMonitor service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. /liliManage customer escalations and coordinate effective resolutions across internal teams. /liliWork closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes. /liliUnderstand customers' businesses, strategic priorities, and operational requirements. /liliTranslate customer needs into actionable service improvements and enhancement plans. /liliSupport customer retention and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships. /liliDrive adoption of digital tools, capabilities, and new service offerings. /liliEnsure customer action plans are executed and tracked to successful completion. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliExperience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Account Management, Logistics, Operations, or similar customer-facing roles. /liliBackground in E-Commerce logistics, parcel delivery, or fulfilment environments is preferred /liliStrong customer relationship management skills. /liliCommercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /liliAnalytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities. /liliA proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset. /liliThe ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /liliFluent in German (mandatory) /li /ulh3Why Join Maersk? /h3pThis is an opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of logistics transformation.
