What will you do?

As a Bartender you will be responsible for:

• Preparing innovative and internationally recognised cocktails that reflect the creativity and quality of Ferilli's Hospitality Group.

• Supporting the service team by delivering the highest standards in cocktail and beverage preparation and presentation.

• Ensuring every drink is prepared consistently while maintaining outstanding taste and presentation.

• Continuously developing your mixology skills and expanding your knowledge of beverages and cocktail techniques.

• Following recipes, mixing guidelines and beverage safety standards with precision.

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and quality throughout all bar areas.

• Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative team environment.
