Je hebt de afgelopen jaren gewerkt aan informatiebeveiliging, als security engineer, analist of ISO en je merkt dat je steeds vaker de regie wilt pakken in plaats van uitvoeren wat er al bedacht is. Je wilt meebeslissen over hoe beveiliging bij een organisatie wordt ingericht, niet alleen de laatste schakel zijn die het uitvoert.
Over de organisatie:
Bij onze opdrachtgever bouw je die rol vanaf nul mee op. Het cybersecurity-team is nieuw en jij bepaalt mee hoe het zich positioneert en waar het naartoe groeit. Je werkt in opdrachten bij overheidsinstanties en corporates.
Wat ga je doen?
- Wet- en regelgeving (NIS2, CBW, CRA) en frameworks (ISO, BIO, NIST) vertalen naar concrete beveiligingsmaatregelen
- Risicobeoordelingen uitvoeren samen met IT-teams en de security-agenda van de klant helpen uitrollen
- Technisch informatiebeveiligingsbeleid schrijven en implementeren
- Kwetsbaarheidsanalyses uitvoeren en penetratietesten aansturen
- Uitwijktesten coördineren en continuïteitsplannen beheren
- Het gesprek voeren met engineers, proceseigenaren en projectdirecteuren — en een rol pakken bij incidenten
Wie ben jij?
Je bent analytisch sterk, proactief en communicatief vaardig.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in informatiebeveiliging, als (B/T)ISO, informatiemanager, security engineer of security analist
- Minimaal 1 certificering: CISSP, CISM of CISA (of vergelijkbaar)
- HBO/WO-diploma in Informatica, Computer Science, Information Security Management, Integrale Veiligheid of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring met BIO, VIR-BI, ISO27001 en NIS2
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring bij de centrale of lokale overheid, plus ervaring in banking, retail, luchtvaart, telecom of een andere kritieke sector
- Kennis van cloud- of on-prem IT-infrastructuur
- Werken volgens ITIL en Agile/Scrum
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
Wat bieden wij jou?
- €4.200 – €7.400 bruto per maand (40 uur)
- Contract voor een jaar met uitzicht op vast (36 uur)
- Individueel keuzebudget van 8,76% van je salaris
- 25 vakantiedagen, 5 daarvan inwisselbaar voor IKB
- Reiskostenvergoeding: NS Business Card + €0,23 per km
- Sabbatical: elke 3 jaar tot 12 maanden verlof
