As our new Site Controller in Schiphol, you'll take ownership of the financial performance of a newly launched, high-profile operation supporting a leading technology customer. Working alongside Site Managers and international stakeholders, you'll translate complex financial data into actionable insights that help shape business decisions, improve profitability, and support long-term success.

How you'll make an impact

• Acting as a finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross-functional international teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes
• Supporting project management activities, including tracking project spend against budget, monitoring cost performance, and assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new project requirements
• Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures, managing the full P&L, and overseeing local accounting functions
• Leading the budgeting process as well as weekly and monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions when required
• Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Creating sales invoices for completed services and discussing them with site managers and customers

What you'll bring to GXO

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
• Strong experience in business controlling
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within a 3PL or logistics environment would be considered a strong advantage
