Onze klant is een snelgroeiende organisatie binnen de retail- en foodbranche, gevestigd in Utrecht. Vanuit het supportteam worden de aangesloten franchiseondernemers dagelijks ondersteund bij operationele vragen. De sfeer is informeel, professioneel en resultaatgericht. Vanwege tijdelijke versterking is het team op zoek naar een E-Commerce Support Medewerker die het verschil maakt voor de winkels.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
In deze rol ondersteun je franchiseondernemers bij hun dagelijkse vragen en verzoeken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes van franchiseondernemers
- Afhandelen van support requests die binnenkomen via Zendesk (ervaring hiermee is een pré, geen vereiste)
- Professioneel te woord staan van winkels en meedenken in oplossingen
- Actief opzoeken van informatie om vragen correct te beantwoorden
- Schakelen met interne afdelingen indien nodig
- Administratieve vastlegging van meldingen en vragen

- Je hebt affiniteit met customer support, retail of horeca/voeding
- Je bent communicatief sterk, extravert en staat stevig in je schoenen
- Je durft vragen te stellen en pakt de telefoon zonder moeite op
- Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende verzoeken en prioriteiten
- Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend
Aanbod

- Salaris tussen €15 en €17 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring

- Flexibele indeling van de 24 uur per week, goed te combineren met bijvoorbeeld colleges en tentamens
