You’ll help shape data strategies, translate stakeholder needs into actionable models, and drive adoption through excellent documentation and visualization. /ph3Your role /h3ulliBuild and maintain scalable, governed data models using tools like DBT, Databricks, or Snowflake. /liliOptimize data workflows for performance, usability, and cost efficiency. /liliWork closely with business users to understand analytics needs and create semantic layers that support them. /liliDevelop and manage self-service analytics platforms with tools like Power BI and Tableau. /liliCollaborate with data engineers and platform teams to align on infrastructure and governance. /liliTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling visual dashboards. /liliContribute to internal knowledge sharing, standards, and team learning. /li /ulh3What you bring to the table /h3ulli3+ years of experience in a similar role. /liliA completed Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree with a strong IT/ICT component. /liliProficiency in SQL and Python (or Spark) for data processing and transformation. /liliExperience with DBT and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric). /liliStrong understanding of data modelling, designing and maintaining scalable, reusable, and reliable data models. /liliExperience with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines is a plus, as well as self service analytics enablement or Agentic Analytics. /liliComfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations. /liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset. /liliFluent in Dutch and English (required for this role). /li /ulh3What’s in it for you? /h3pWe offer more than a job - we offer a platform for growth: /pulliA monthly salary between €3.800 - €6.200 per month (based on 40 hours and excluding vacation allowance) /lili€5.000 annual development budget /lili25 vacation days to fully recharge /liliSecondary benefits such as pension, flexible working options (in terms working location) and the possibility to take unpaid leave /liliMemorable company trips (Berlin this year!) /liliThe opportunity to grow along with our success through Stock Appreciation Rights /li /ulpAt Xomnia, we believe that collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal development are the keys to our success.
