You will report to senior management and lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, quality control, and logistics. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead yacht production for efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. /liliOptimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing, and track KPIs. /liliEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and classification standards. /liliManage resources, workforce, and subcontractors. /liliScale operations for growth and global expansion, aiming for high annual yacht production. /liliIntegrate technologies and cost-efficient production methods. /liliQuality control to exceed premium standards. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in yacht building with a BSc/MSc in a technical discipline. /liliProven track record in scaling production and driving growth. /liliExpertise in yacht construction, materials, and industry regulations. /liliSkilled in lean manufacturing, cost control, and process optimization. /liliStrong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration. /liliStrategic mindset, aligning production with business goals. /liliFluent in English (an additional European language is a plus). /liliAvailability and willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. /li /ulh3Company /h3pOur client is a young and ambitious yacht-building company specializing in the design and production of luxury yachts and pleasure boats up to 25 meters.
