You will ensure that all aspects of marketing are covered—from brand development and digital strategy to market expansion and customer retention. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Paid Ads Manager to ensure strong alignment between performance marketing, brand-building, and commercial goals. A key part of your role is balancing long-term organic growth with short-term sales impact. /ppYou will lead a growing Marketing team. You will also manage key external partners, including our website agency, and work with the HubSpot marketing Hub.
