Your role:
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.  You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. 

As a BPM Developer you will be working on challenging bespoke solutions for Operations Department and Front Office. The focus of your work will be on Workflow and Case Data development with significant role in Business Analysis, Solution Design and Production Support. The teams are multi-skilled and it's expected, besides development to support and coach the less experienced colleagues and the users of the application. Your job will be to work on supporting the full lifecycle of new and existing applications, follow the latest technologies and promote and take initiative that will lead to Hyper automation.

Required:
•    Java 8 & 11
•    Hands on experience in micro services development. 

 
Preferred:
•    Experience in banking sector is a plus
•    Hands on experience with TIBCO BW, TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x or TIBCO BPME 5.x
•    Experience with Monitoring, Alerts and configuring Splunk Dashboards
•    Knowledge of and experience in the following technologies Java, Javascript, SQL, Web services SOAPREST, JSON, XML, UML
•    Experience with the relevant technologies
