ppAn opportunity has arisen for an bHR Business Partner /b position providing high quality HR services for our ADM location in Amsterdam, for approximately 150 employees. This role has both tactical and operational elements in a dynamic, international matrix environment. In this role you have to deal with a diverse group of employees in different levels. You will work closely with commercial and corporate (support) teams that are based on our location in Amsterdam. /p pIn this role you report to the HR Manager Benelux and you are part of the HR Benelux team. /p h3The role /h3 pbResponsibilities /b /p pbTactical HR and HR policy execution: /b /p ul liYou are a business partner for management and help them achieve their goals /li liYou are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual performance and development HR cycles, including Employee Engagement /li liYou are proactive in identifying HR trends (e.g. in the field of sustainable employability, absenteeism and performance) in the business and you work together with your stakeholders to find and implement solutions /li liYou support (regional) HR initiatives and relevant projects, assisting the business to achieve objectives /li /ul pbPeople development: /b /p ul liYou develop, train and coach managers in their people management role /li liYou give advice on talent development, succession planning and competence development of employees and teams /li liYou recruit and select internal and external talents together with recruitment team /liliYou provide solicited and unsolicited (legal) advice on performance management and absenteeism cases /li /ul pbOrganization development: /b /p ul liYou actively advise management on the design of an effective organizational structure and related competencies /li liYou are the 'change manager' in projects with people impact in your scope /li liYou are supporting the HR Manager Benelux in the field of Works Council matters /li liYou are the 'ambassador' of ADM’s leadership behavior. You are able to think and act ahead and connect naturally and easily gain energy out of building professional networks and authentic relationships. /p pbFurther you have the following: /b /p ul liRelevant Bachelor or master's degree in HR related field /li liAt least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which 3 years as an HR Business Partner in the Netherlands in dynamic, international corporate matrix environment (pre) /li liSolid and up to date knowledge of Dutch employment law /li liExperience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors/SAP) /li liPractical ‘hands‑on’ mentality and flexibility in working hours /li liWell-developed interpersonal skills: assertive, organized, team player, problem solver and service oriented /li liAbility to easily switch between different levels and business units in the organization /li liExperienced in project management and continuous improvement /li liFluent written and spoken English is required; Dutch is strongly preferred /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
