We have shipped over 1 billion units worldwide, with 90% share of MEMS timing. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Manager, Systems Engineering is responsible for growing and leading a team responsible for the validation, characterization, firmware/software development, and release-to-production for our client’s revolutionary MEMS-based timing products. Responsibilities include project planning and coordination, mixed-signal characterization, systems/algorithms development, datasheet validation, performance feedback to MEMS/CMOS design, and prototyping of test and FA methodologies. In addition, he/she will lead activities to develop hardware/software/firmware for automated high-throughput characterization and calibration of the company’s products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGrow and develop a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, firmware/software development, and release-to-production of MEMS-based timing products. /li liDevelop hardware/software/firmware for automated characterization and calibration. /li liInterface with cross-functional teams and manage projects across different sites. /li liCreate and execute plans for verification and characterization. /li liDevelop and carry out experiments to prototype new technologies and system architectures. /li liSupport the bring-up of specialized programming systems overseas. /li liDevelop and transfer algorithms to final test/production environments. /li liWork with circuit design team to evaluate new silicon and specify design improvements for performance enhancements or DFM/DFT. /li liPerform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues. /li /ul h3Backgrounds will be considered /h3 ul liMS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered. /li li5+ years of experience developing mixed-signal, MEMS, and/or sensor devices. /li li2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and achieving milestones. /li liUnderstanding of mixed-signal circuits. /li liHands‑on familiarity with electronics laboratory instruments. /li liExcellent programming skills, including MATLAB scripting. /li liExperience with circuit characterization, debugging, automated testing, and data collection. /li liStrong written and oral communication skills. /liliMEMS development experience preferred, but not required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
