Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you will provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations, development, culture initiatives, and compliance, while working closely with the HR Operations team to ensure efficient HR administration, onboarding, and contract management across the region.h3Responsibilities /h3ulliSparring partner for the Country Managers /liliEnsuring professional HR support for the employee-life-cycle /liliAccompaniment of upcoming changes, acquisitions and integration processes /liliEnsuring and implementing proactive, professional and customer-orientedservices, processes and procedures /liliSupporting the management through the performance management cycle (review, feedback conversations, merit increase, development plan, etc) /liliWork with regional management to develop and motivate employees and help them reach their full potential /liliConsulting and coaching of executives and employees in personnel relevant topics /liliImplementation of strategic HR planning, succession and talent management,training and career planning /liliParticipation in HR projects and continuous development of HR processes andprocedures /liliEvaluation, selection and management of negotiations with external serviceproviders for recruitment, assessments, etc. /liliParticipation in Interview processes and hiring /liliSupporting the supervisors in human resources management (agreements, warnings, terminations, etc.) /liliManagement of annual processes such as employee appraisals, round of loops,employee surveys /liliSupport in the introduction and implementation of new HR systems, tools, instruments, etc. /liliFurther operational and organizational tasks in coordination with HR Europe and Management Team Europe /liliMA: Pre integration work. Work closely with the Integration Lead for Europe and support in analyzing and pre integration work like Compliance, Training, Datas, System. /liliMA Core values working closely with the Leaders of the acquired companies to Coach train in all aspects of Global Guidelines and integration work. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliCompleted studies with a main focus on human resources or comparable training /liliMinimum 5 years of professional experience in HR Business Partner position (logistics industry is a plus) /liliExperienced in integration work from an HR perspective /liliExperienced in change management and Leadership development /liliKnowledge of labor law and social security in the Netherlands and Belgium /liliFluent English and Dutch is a must /liliWillingness to travel between Netherlands and Belgium is strongly required /li /ulh3About AIT Worldwide /h3pAIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarding company headquartered in Chicago USA.
