You act as the central coordinator during escalations, driving cross-functional alignment and supplier engagement to ensure rapid containment, sustainable recovery, and transparent stakeholder communication. Beyond managing operational crises, you play a key role in strengthening supply chain resilience. You identify structural weaknesses, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions with both internal teams and suppliers. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment. /ph3What You Will Do: /h3ulliEscalation Management Lead and coordinate critical supply chain and material escalations with potential impact on production and customer deliveries. /liliAssess, prioritize, and manage escalations based on business risk and customer impact. /liliLead cross-functional escalation teams and align stakeholders around recovery plans. /liliEnsure clear ownership, rapid decision-making, and execution of mitigation actions. /liliMonitor progress, remove obstacles, and drive escalations to closure. /liliProvide clear and timely communication to management, customers, and other stakeholders. /liliManage Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations and ensure business continuity during supply disruptions. /li /ulh3Supplier Management /h3ulliServe as the primary point of contact for complex supplier escalations. /liliLead supplier escalation meetings at operational, tactical, and executive levels. /liliChallenge suppliers on delivery performance, recovery plans, commitments, and corrective actions. /liliEnsure suppliers implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. /liliSupport customer escalations by providing status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans. /liliBuild strong supplier relationships while maintaining accountability and performance expectations. /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement /h3ulliLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for recurring or high-impact supply chain issues. /liliDrive implementation of permanent corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders. /liliIdentify trends, recurring risks, and systemic weaknesses within the supply chain. /liliInitiate improvement projects that enhance supplier performance and supply chain resilience. /liliPromote a proactive approach to risk management and prevention. /li /ulh3Performance Management Reporting /h3ulliDevelop and monitor KPIs related to supplier performance, escalation resolution, responsiveness, and recovery effectiveness. /liliReport on escalation status, business risks, trends, and improvement initiatives. /liliProvide data-driven recommendations to strengthen supply chain performance. /liliSupport management with insights that enable strategic decision-making. /li /ulh3What You Bring: /h3ulliEducation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. /liliExperience Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, or Program Management within a high-tech environment. /liliProven experience managing supplier performance and complex escalations. /liliStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, material planning, and supply chain operations. /liliExperience in structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, or similar continuous improvement frameworks. /liliExperience working in a customer-focused, fast-paced manufacturing organization. /liliCompetencies Strong leadership and coordination capabilities. /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels. /liliOutstanding communication and influencing skills. /liliDecisive and resilient under pressure. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliResults-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability. /liliSkilled negotiator capable of balancing supplier relationships with performance expectations. /liliContinuous improvement mindset focused on sustainable solutions. /liliAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive action in critical situations. /li /ulh3What We Offer: /h3ulliA challenging and highly visible role with significant business impact. /liliThe opportunity to work with leading global technology customers. /liliAn innovative and international high-tech environment. /liliCompetitive salary aligned with experience and expertise. /lili27 vacation days plus additional 13 ADV Career growth opportunities within a global organization. /liliAn open, informal, and collaborative company culture where initiative is valued. /liliThe chance to contribute directly to operational excellence and supply chain resilience. /li /ulpWe are a global integrated technology solutions company that’s fully committed to providing complete and integrated one-stop solutions in partnership with our valued customers. /ppThe Frencken Group serves customers in Europe, Asia, and the US through a global network of operating subsidiaries. /ppThe Group offers a comprehensive range of product solutions that span the entire value chain - from initial product design, development and prototyping, to engineering, final test, and series manufacturing.
