ppData Scientist – Den Haag – 3 days per week on site in London - €650pd /p pData Scientist with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and to contribute to innovative RD efforts within the GenAI/NLP team. This role will focus on the application and development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and domain‑specific GenAI solutions to support key internal use cases and products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, implement and maintain scalable NLP and GenAI pipelines (including data processing, preprocessing, evaluation). /li liPerform advanced data analysis on real‑world datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision‑making processes. /li liStay up to date with state‑of‑the‑art research in the space of LLMs/NLP, proposing new ideas and methodologies that unlock business value. /li liDevelop RAG systems and retrieval pipelines, including chunking, embedding, re‑ranking, and evaluation. /li liDirectly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results. /li liWork with a large team and help in prioritizing research that has a direct value to the products. /li liWork closely with stakeholders, project managers, and architects to gather requirements, plan project scopes, and deliver projects within agreed timelines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDeep understanding of modern NLP, LLMs, transformer architectures, prompt‑engineering, RAG, agentic architectures and evaluation methodologies. /li liStrong knowledge of Python programming for developing and debugging AI models. /li liExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines. /li liExtensive experience in RD development with an emphasis on NLP/GenAI (5+ years). /li liStrong interest in cross‑disciplinary collaboration to support research that delivers both business value and scientific impact. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in RD development with a focus on NLP/GenAI. /li liHands‑on experience building and evaluating RAG and GenAI systems in production‑like settings. /li liExperience in training, fine‑tuning, and/or experimenting with foundation models. /li liContributions to internal or external publications or open‑source projects. /li liExperience supporting research coordination, such as mentoring students or collaborating with other researchers. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pContract /p h3Job function /h3 pInformation Technology /p h3Industries /h3 pInformation Technology Services, Data Infrastructure and Analytics, and IT System Data Services /p pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Robson Bale by 2x /p pGet notified about new Data Scientist jobs in bThe Hague, South Holland, Netherlands /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
