What You'll Do

Business Development

Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email, video meetings, and digital communication channels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.

Present our products and services to prospective clients and business partners.

Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives across the Netherlands and international markets.

Sales & Client Support

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Prepare quotations and support customers throughout the sales journey.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and team objectives.

Who You Are

Passionate about sales, business development, or account management.

A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an international team.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, recruitment, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided.
