The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset to drive critical initiatives, optimize operations, and guide cross‑functional teams toward achieving operational excellence. /pbrKey Responsibilitiesbrullibr/lilibStrategic Leadership: /b Support the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership.br/lilibOperations Management: /b Oversee day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.br/lilibClient Stakeholder Management: /b Managing client expectations on projects while delivering value for our clients, and providing periodic reports and presentations to senior leadership and board members on the status of key projects.br/lilibTeam Management: /b Managing expectations and driving personal growth of the project team members; Support in growing the practice through hiring and coaching of our consultants.br/lilibCross‑Functional Collaboration: /b Partner with Infosys and other service lines such as ADM, BPM, Engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment in sales and delivery.
