Position: Independent Cook Employment type: Full-time / 38 hours per week, Salary indication: €2,506 - €3,250 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality CAO
Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre-)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.
- Assessing the quality of products/ingredients (freshness, shelf life, etc.) and preparing equipment
- Executing preparations while monitoring and adjusting quality, doneness, taste, colour, consistency, etc. where necessary
- Preparing orders for service
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, working conditions rules (Arbo), HACCP, and work and presentation methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Technical supervision of assistant(s)
We are looking for someone who
- Has an MBO 3 work and thinking level
- Has proven knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Can work independently and in a structured manner
- Is willing to undergo internal training where necessary

- Speaks Dutch (English is a plus, not a requirement)
