A commitment to innovation and a passion for disrupting the old‑fashioned real estate industry are our highest priorities. /ph3Impact You Will Have /h3pAs a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering trusted data insights and analytics that support business and product decision‑making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reporting solutions and dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic initiatives. Working closely with Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, you will help ensure data products are accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs as Walker Dunlop continues to grow as a data‑driven organization. /ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze and curate data sources to support business and product stakeholders in making informed decisions. /liliLead key components of the analytical lifecycle, including data exploration, analysis, reporting, and insight delivery. /liliTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences. /liliDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. /liliPerform data wrangling, transformation, and analysis using SQL and enterprise analytical databases. /liliDefine and document datasets, business logic, and reporting definitions to support consistent data usage. /liliPartner with data and product teams to support data governance, data quality, and data management processes. /liliAnalyze user engagement, operational, and product data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. /liliMentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Education and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. /lili6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end analytical projects. /liliStrong experience working with enterprise analytical databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar technologies. /liliExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. /liliExperience with SQL, data transformation, and analytical reporting workflows. /liliExperience with Python and geospatial analysis preferred. /liliReal estate, financial services, or related industry experience preferred. /li /ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3ulliDeep expertise in SQL and data analysis techniques. /liliStrong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. /liliUnderstanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytical best practices. /liliAbility to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to business and technical audiences. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work collaboratively across technical and business teams in a fast‑paced environment. /liliFamiliarity with AI‑enabled tools that support reporting, documentation, and analysis workflows preferred. /liliHigh level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement. /liliAbility to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes. /liliCourtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliOpportunity to accelerate in a rapidly growing organization. /liliAgile working environment with flexible working hours and location. /liliCareer advancement and competitive compensation package. /liliFamily friendly company with social activities for employees and families. /liliPension scheme. /lili100% complimentary and confidential mental health services. /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pWe are committed to equity in all steps of the recruitment and employment experience.
