Job Title: Head of Fleet & Leasing Business - EU

Strategy & Business Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Pan-European Fleet and Leasing strategy aligned with XPENG’s overall sales targets and brand positioning.
• Define B2B pricing, discount structures, and commercial policies to ensure competitiveness while protecting brand value and profitability.
• Work closely with HQ in China and European management to formulate volume forecasts and supply chain requirements for the B2B sector.

Business Development & Key Account Management:

• Identify, negotiate, and secure International Framework Agreements with Top-Tier Leasing Companies (e.g., Arval, ALD / LeasePlan, Alphabet), RACs (e.g., Sixt, Hertz, Europcar), and large corporate fleets.
• Act as the senior ambassador for XPENG in the European B2B market, building long-term, strategic relationships with C-level executives of key partners.
• Drive B2B sales performance across active European markets (e.g., Nordics, DACH, Benelux, etc.) and support the entry strategy for new markets.
• Set and achieve the fleet sales target in the pan European level

Residual Value (RV) and Used Car Management:

• Collaborate with external RV institutes (e.g., Autovista) and internal finance/product teams to establish and optimize highly competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Residual Value (RV) positioning.
• Develop strategies to mitigate RV risks and implement remarketing and used-car strategies for returning fleet vehicles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence:

• Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders including Marketing, PR, Product, Aftersales, and Finance to ensure B2B customer requirements (e.g., SLAs, service networks, charging solutions) are met.
• Ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes for fleet customers in collaboration with regional logistics and delivery teams.

Leadership & Team Building:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing European Fleet & Leasing team
• Foster an entrepreneurial, results-driven, and collaborative culture within the B2B department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive B2B sales, fleet management, or the leasing industry, with 5 years or more team management experience
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the European Fleet and Leasing ecosystem. Strong existing network with major leasing companies is mandatory.
• EV Expertise: Solid understanding of the Electric Vehicle landscape, including EV-specific fleet challenges (charging infrastructure, battery lifecycle, EV taxation, and TCO structures).
• Track Record: Proven ability to build a business channel from the ground up or significantly scale B2B operations in a highly competitive environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Exceptional negotiation skills, financial literacy, and experience handling complex, high-value international contracts.
• Cultural Adaptability: Experience working with or for Asian/Chinese multinational companies is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix-driven "start-up" environment.
• Language: Native-level or fluent English is required. Proficiency in other major European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally to the Global HQ in China
