We are looking for someone who understands that successful transformation is achieved through the interaction between business processes, systems, people, and data. You will lead complex transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and operational handover, ensuring that technology delivers real business outcomes. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead business transformation and system implementationprogramsfrom initiation through operational handover /li liDrive realization of the business case by aligning business processes, systems, people, and data /li liIdentifyopportunities to improve ways of working, simplify processes, and deliver measurable operational improvements /li liEnsure successful organizational adoption of new processes and technology /li liLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, quality expectations, and agreed business outcomes /li liDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources /li liEstablish effective project governance, reporting structures, and decision‑making processes /li liFacilitate steering committee meetings, executive status reviews, workshops, and key project forums /li liManage project risks, issues, and escalations whilemaintainingdelivery momentum /li /ul h3Stakeholder Change Management /h3 ul liBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and IT. /li liLead cross‑functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders /li liAlign diverse stakeholder groups around a common transformation vision and roadmap /li liEnsure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey. /li liContribute to the continuous development ofPathways’project delivery methodologies, transformation frameworks, and best practices /li liShare lessons learned and support the development of colleagues across the organization /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3About you /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines strong project management capabilities with a genuine passion for business transformation. /p h3You ideally bring: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience leading complex business transformationprograms, ERP/EAM/PMS implementations, or large operational improvement initiatives /li liDemonstrated ability to lead projects involving business processes, digital solutions, organizational change, and data /li liExperience implementing PMS/EAM solutions within the maritime or offshore industry is a strong advantage /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from executive management through to operational personnel /li liExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong commercial understanding with experience managing project scope, budgets, risks, and business value realization /li liThe ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution /li liExperience working in complex, multidisciplinary environments where collaboration across business and IT is essential /li liProficiencyin Microsoft Office and modern project management tools /li liKnowledge of, or certification in, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management methodologies is an advantage /li liFluency in Englishisrequired.
