You dig deep to understand what clients actually need (not just what they ask for), then build NetSuite solutions that deliver real results. /p pbWhat makes you successful: /b /p ul liYou love client conversations and can explain complex ERP concepts in plain language /li li3+ years of hands-on ERP consulting experience /li liBachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) /li liExperience with NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Exact. You know how ERP should (and shouldn't) work /li liDeep understanding of supply chain, finance, or both /li liYou've survived at least one terrible ERP implementation and learned from it /li liYou can challenge clients constructively without burning bridges /li liYou actually enjoy documentation (or at least don't hate it) /li /ul pWe believe great work comes from happy consultants working with happy clients.
