Full-Stack Software Engineer

ppAt Cordys Analytics, we’re building the infrastructure that enables scalable, reliable AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostics across European healthcare systems. /ppOur platform helps clinicians detect structural and functional cardiac conditions directly from standard ECGs, including heart failure, myocardial infarction, and arrhythmias, enabling earlier and more accurate diagnosis at scale. /ppWe’re looking for a strong all-round software engineer who enjoys solving problems across the stack and taking real ownership of systems in production. /ppYou’ll work on everything from backend services and frontend applications to cloud infrastructure, integrations, and AI deployment pipelines. This is not a role where you work on isolated tickets. You’ll help shape architecture decisions, build production systems end to end, and directly influence how the platform evolves. /ppWe are a small engineering team with a high technical bar. The systems we build operate in a regulated medical environment, so reliability, traceability, and engineering quality are fundamental parts of how we work. /ppIf you enjoy combining strong software engineering with real-world clinical impact, we’d like to hear from you. /ph3What you’ll work on /h3ulliDesign, build, test, and maintain production software across the full stack. /liliDevelop backend systems and infrastructure using technologies such as Python, C#, Rust, Bazel, and Terraform. /liliBuild frontend applications using TypeScript and React. /liliHelp design and maintain the cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows supporting our AI platform. /liliBring AI models and data pipelines into reliable, scalable production environments. /liliBuild integrations with external systems, APIs, and healthcare platforms. /liliContribute to engineering quality, validation, and documentation processes required for production-grade medical software. /liliCollaborate closely with AI engineers, clinicians, and product colleagues to bring new functionality into production. /li /ulh3Why engineers like working here /h3ulliReal ownership over architecture and technical decisions. /liliSmall engineering team with high autonomy and little bureaucracy. /liliComplex production systems and AI deployment workflows. /liliEngineering challenges around reliability, observability, scalability, and compliance. /liliOpportunity to work across the entire stack instead of a narrow silo. /liliDirect collaboration with AI researchers and clinicians. /liliSoftware that directly affects patient care in production environments. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulliCitizenship in an EU/EEA member state or possession of a valid Dutch work permit. /liliCurrently based in the Netherlands or open to relocating.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. /lili5+ years of professional software engineering experience. /liliComfortable working across multiple layers of the stack. /liliStrong engineering mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. /liliInterest in AI systems, distributed infrastructure, and data-intensive applications. /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience with parts of our stack (Python, Rust, TypeScript/React, Terraform, cloud-native infrastructure). /liliExperience with AI/ML systems, MLOps, or production data pipelines. /liliExperience in health tech, medtech, or other regulated environments. /liliFamiliarity with standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or ISO 27001. /liliStartup or scale-up experience. /liliExperience with DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure management. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliMeaningful technical ownership and influence over architecture and product direction. /liliThe opportunity to build next-generation AI infrastructure with direct clinical impact. /liliA highly motivated, experienced, and ambitious team. /liliFlexible working hours and part-time options (32-36 hours). /liliOffice space at UtrechtInc on the Utrecht Science Park. /li /ulh3Diversity inclusion /h3pWe value diversity of background, experience, and perspective, and strongly encourage women and underrepresented groups in technology to apply. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
