What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

We are looking for a Banqueting Management Trainee with a passion for events and surprising guests. During this internship you will be supervising the Banqueting team and the point of contact for our guests during their events. Your responsibilities will be to make sure all meeting rooms are set up correctly, maintain the level of quality and service, cost control, complaint handling and administrative tasks. You will make yourself more familiar with LQA standards within your daily work.

• Availability for a period of least 20 weeks, 5 days a week both weekdays as weekends;
• A flexible, motivated, hospitable and stress-resistant approach;
• Experience in F&B service;
• An eye for detail and not afraid of taking initiative;
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
