Our global GBS Sustainability team is including experts from all GBS Business Lines, Hubs and Functions and is focused on optimizing our own global operations and driving sustainability business development for sustainable services to our customers. You are reporting to the GBS Sustainability Manager.

You shape, lead and implement Sustainability initiatives for GBS globally. You focus on optimizing our own global operations and driving business development for sustainable services to our customers.

• You are playing a key role in further developing our Sustainability strategy including portfolio related development together with GBS Business Development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enable our customers to accelerate their business transformation towards a digital and more sustainable future
• You are initiating and leading impactful initiatives to anchor Sustainability in our GBS own operations
  
• You lead the global GBS sustainability community, create impact by driving initiatives and act as point of contact for our GBS businesses
• You support our CRM teams to promote Sustainability in our customer interactions
• As ambassador for Sustainability, you are driving awareness and engagement of GBS employees and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team
• You are supporting and driving standardization based on Corporate Sustainability governance in sustainability processes across businesses
• You collaborate with communications to consistently emphasize our current Sustainability priorities
• You operate in a multifaceted diverse and interdisciplinary setting

Ready to create your own journey?

• You have a master’s degree in environmental science, business, or a related field
• You have many years of experience in business development, project management, sales or Shared Services related to Sustainability
• You are passionate about Sustainability, and you understand how a Shared Service Organization generates value for customers
• You have the validated ability of successful design and implementation and anchoring of concepts into daily processes
• You have excellent skills in communication and change management
• Being a strong self-starter and happy in global and virtual environments complete your profile
