Warehouse Operations Planner

Working in one of the largest and most modern warehouses in the Benelux, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of daily order operations. You will make sure everything behind the scenes is perfectly coordinated, allowing the operation to perform at its best.

As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for the warehouse's outbound planning activities. You will ensure that customer orders are properly prepared, scheduled, and processed within the operation. Working closely with the operational teams, you will act as a key link between systems, planning, and execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing daily customer requests and forecasts;
• Planning and prioritizing outbound orders within the system;
• Aligning capacity and operational activities with the warehouse floor;
• Coordinating pick-and-pack processes to ensure orders are processed efficiently;
• Acting as the first point of contact for operational planning-related questions;
• Monitoring the progress, timing, and accuracy of order flows;
• Ensuring that all process steps are followed strictly from start to finish;
• Supporting the optimization of planning and logistics processes.

• Relevant experience within logistics (planning and/or warehouse operations);
• Strong organizational and administrative skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks;
• Good command of the English language (required);
• Comfortable working with computers and digital systems;
• Available to work full-time in a two-shift schedule.

• Salary up to approximately €3,500 gross per month (depending on experience and collective labour agreement increases);
• Shift allowance on top of your salary;
• 24 vacation days and 4 additional leave (ADV) days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Pension scheme;
• Direct employment contract with the company.
