Art Lead/Art Director

• Support and shape the visual style of the project;

• Work with the team, provide feedback, and make corrections;

• Develop and mentor artists and other members of the art department;

• Develop and improve pipelines;

• Develop guidelines;
  

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in game development;

• Experience as an Art Director or Lead Artist;

• Experience with both 2D and 3D;

• Understanding of UX and how to create game impressions through visuals;

• Understanding the principles of working with multiplayer projects;

• Experience with PC projects;

• Ability to create art assets by hand is a plus.

What are the conditions and bonuses?

• According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a minimum of 24 calendar days. Negotiated separately during the interview process.

• No more than 24 sick days are paid per year.

• The office is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
