What can you expect

Sazanka Restaurant is a Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant where the Chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table. Sazanka Restaurant is open from 6.30 PM until 10 PM and can be booked for group lunches with a minimum group size of ten people.

As a trainee you are responsible in offering the excellent service in Sazanka Restaurant. Your responsibilities include advising and guiding the guest as well as providing the service at a high level!  Your main tasks will be:

• Offering service to guests;
• Having good knowledge of the menu;
• Carrying out mise en place activities in the restaurant and pantry;
• Conforming reservations;
• Having good knowledge of coffee and tea;
• Welcoming and guiding guests;

You traineeship will be carried out in shifts throughout a 7 day workweek. The working time shifts will be from 12:00 to 24:00. You will work 5 days per week, 7.6 hours per day. You are available to work on public holidays. It is possible to work on your thesis or school projects once per week.

• You are a student at one of the (hotel)schools in the Netherlands preferably on your 2nd year of study or higher
