Content Producer & Studio Coordinator

As Content Producer & Studio Coordinator , you manage and execute (amongst others) photo stills and video deliverables for our Website, Social Media, PR, and Media channels. You ensure that our creative standards always remain high. Additionally, you will be responsible for project alignment and stakeholder management from the moment the brief comes into the in-house content creation team up until final delivery. This role is integral in working with the Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale teams to bring the brand story to life with creative assets from shoots to copy and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

Studio Coordinator

• Managing the day-to-day running of the creative content team
• Manage project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring communication is done at the right time and with the right people
• Manage the shoot/content creation calendar based on the marketing/brand calendar as established by the Marketing team and ensure content is delivered on time and within budget
• Creating and implementing deadlines, project goals, expectations, and workflows, to ensure a smooth production and delivery process
• Assess marketing briefs to confirm objectives, budget, and timelines for all shoots before beginning production to ensure that projects are achievable
• Manage the overall content creation budget, financial tracking, handling invoices, and administration.

Content Producer

• Oversee multiple content projects at the same time and ensure content productions are delivered on time
• Option and negotiate the best possible fees for all third parties involved in the shoots, and negotiate appropriate usage rights for all original imagery produced
• Own the production process – scheduling work, booking resources, organizing film/imagery shoots, overseeing post-production and asset management;
• Pre-production, creating call sheets, briefings, and planning, assembling teams of photographers, stylists, models, and make-up artists.
• Arrange or liaise with the entire (external & internal) creative team on travel arrangements and logistics (transport, accommodation, expenses, etc.)
• Archiving all files on the Creative and Art Direction drive
• Inform and deliver assets to all stakeholders;

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Studio Coordinator and/or Content Producer at an agency or in-house
• Demonstrable experience with creation, shoots, and events
• Experience in managing and communicating with agencies and third parties
• Great organizational and collaborating skills with excellent project management experience and a track record of establishing successful workflows and processes
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to make informed and strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset and eye for detail
• Ability to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
