Your pragmatic mindset and can-do attitude allow you to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions in a dynamic project environment. /ppYou take ownership of subsea engineering scopes, manage technical interfaces with subcontractors and act as the primary engineering contact within assigned work scopes. Through your expertise, you play a key role in delivering safe, effective and innovative subsea solutions. /ppAs a ROV Subsea Tooling technical subcontract coordinator, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple product lines, including Decommissioning, Transport Installation, and Offshore Wind. This dynamic role offers a front-row seat to the full spectrum of projects we are involved in, giving you a broad and comprehensive understanding of our operations. /ppAs you grow in experience, so will the scale and complexity of your responsibilities, managing the amounts of subcontractors, tackling more intricate challenges, and driving cutting-edge solutions. /ph3What you will be working on: /h3h3Technical subcontractor management support /h3ulliSupport and manage the technical interface between subcontractors and Heerema's vessels and project teams. /liliTechnically assess and evaluate subcontractor proposals for subsea services. /li /ulh3Tender and project preparation /h3ulliAdvise on ROV, subsea cutting and dredging operations and propose fit-for-purpose tooling solutions. /liliIdentify project requirements and defining required subcontractor equipment and personnel. /liliPrepare scopes of work and review subcontractor procedures. /liliDefine testing and qualification requirements. /liliProvide technical support during equipment testing, mobilization and offshore execution of subsea operations (~10% of the year). /liliStay informed about developments and innovations in the subsea market. /li /ulh3Key ingredients for success /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Ocean Technology, Aeronautical Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. /liliApproximately 3-7 years of relevant experience within offshore, subsea, marine or related engineering environments. /liliEagerness to learn and develop technical expertise within subsea operations. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams. /li /ulh3Your Foundation for Success /h3pAt our core, we champion an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of growth.
