You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You lead Amazon DSP across the US, EU and other active regions, translating business goals into campaign structures, targeting logic and budget strategy while owning performance against channel targets. /ppbWhat you’ll do (and what you won’t) /b /pulliYou own the end-to-end Amazon DSP strategy across all active marketplaces, aligned with overall retail media and brand goals. /liliYou build, launch and optimize DSP campaigns across tactics, translating business goals into campaign structures, targeting logic and budget strategy. /liliYou manage full DSP budget allocation across markets and campaign types at multimillion scale, reallocating dynamically based on performance. /liliYou own performance against targets including ROAS, New-to-Brand, reach/frequency and funnel metrics. /liliYou design and run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, placements and bid strategy, with clear hypotheses and success criteria. /liliYou turn test results into scaled changes across markets. /liliYou partner with creative and design teams to brief, QA and iterate DSP assets based on performance data. /liliYou build and maintain reporting using Amazon Marketing Cloud, deliver weekly, monthly and QBR-level performance reporting, and define and track OKRs for the DSP channel. /li /ulpbYou won’t /b /pullihide behind metrics that don't drive real revenue. /lilispend months polishing work before launching it. /lilifreeze when priorities pivot fast. /lilipass off accountability to others. /li /ulh3bHow you’ll succeed /b /h3pWe look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll combine strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, using AMC and performance data to move budgets, shape tests, improve creative and scale what works across markets. /ppbWhat you’ll bring /b /pulliYou bring at least 3 years of experience in Amazon Advertising, with significant hands‑on experience specifically in Amazon DSP. /liliYou have a proven track record managing multimillion DSP budgets with full ownership of performance outcomes. /liliYou have strong working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud and experience running DSP across multiple marketplaces or regions simultaneously. /liliYou understand differences in market maturity, competition and measurement across regions. /liliYou bring strong analytical skills and are comfortable building your own models and trackers. /liliYou have experience briefing and iterating creative based on performance data. /liliYou work independently and know when to involve others. /liliYou’re comfortable with change and ambiguity. /liliYou know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve. /liliYou want your work to matter, not just exist. /liliNice to have: experience with Amazon PPC and with other retail media platforms such as Walmart, Target or Bol, or with DSP‑adjacent programmatic buying. /li /ulpbLoop isn’t for everyone.
