For our location in Leiden, we are looking for a GMP Facility Operator (Cleanroom & Logistics). In this role, you will ensure that production and laboratory environments, materials and equipment meet the highest quality and hygiene standards. You will work according to strict GMP guidelines, making an important contribution to an environment where medicines can be produced safely.

What will you do?

As a GMP Facility Operator, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities within production, laboratory and support environments:

• Cleaning equipment.
• Processing and cleaning materials that are transferred between different GMP zones.
• Replenishing consumables for production and quality departments.
• Managing cleanroom and non-cleanroom clothing supplies.
• Ensuring correct waste disposal in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Recording completed activities in logbooks and GMP documentation.
• Working in accordance with GMP, safety and quality guidelines.
• Identifying and reporting deviations, near misses and safety risks.
• Supporting material flows, including temperature-sensitive materials and cold-chain processes.
• Cleaning and disinfecting cleanrooms, production areas, laboratories and warehouse locations.

In this role, you are much more than someone responsible for cleaning activities. You are an essential link within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Through your work, production areas, equipment and materials remain available for the production of medicines that make a difference to patients worldwide.

Your precision, discipline and sense of responsibility directly contribute to quality, safety and reliable pharmaceutical production.

What do you bring?

You have:

• Experience in a GMP, cleanroom or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage but not essential.
• An affinity with logistics processes and materials management.
• A precise and structured approach to work.
• Good understanding of procedures and documentation.
• A strong sense of responsibility when it comes to safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, on-call duties and, when required, weekends.
