This is an exciting opportunity to lead the deployment of the Mars Snacking QFS strategy at site level, driving continuous improvement, strengthening our quality culture and ensuring compliance with global standards. You'll be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, influencing decisions, developing people and making a real impact across the business. /p h3What will be your key responsibilities? /h3 ul liLead, coach and support a team of QFS Associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources, technical skills and competencies to succeed within their roles /li liActively be part of the Site Leadership team, supporting the development and implementation of the Single site improvement plan. /li liProvide cross-functional leadership to ensure the development of a clear roadmap to full compliance to all global QFS standards, collaborating with local and central teams to ensure the necessary resources and capital are secured /li liEnsure the integration of QFS procedures and processes into manufacturing operating systems /li liAct as the incident owner for QFS incidents on site in line with our PRIMP standard, and lead the implementation of robust corrective and preventative actions /li liLead and participate in regional QFS communities to promote the effective sharing of knowledge and experience across our business /li liLead regional or cross-site activities and projects in line with our regional QFS strategy, and in collaboration with our network of sites. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liExtensive experience in a technical function /li liDegree level qualification in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (Food Science/Technology, Biological, Chemical, Engineering sciences), or equivalent, or equivalent experience /li liExperience in leading and managing projects in an FMCG environment /liliProven line management/supervisory experience or a proven track record in coaching and developing teams and individuals /li liKnowledge of Quality Food Safety management systems and standards /li liKnowledge of the technologies, processes, formulations and raw materials used in the manufacture of food products is preferred /li liExcellent communication skills /li liGood command of the English language /li /ul h3What can you expect from Mars? /h3 ul liWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles. /li liJoin a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today. /li liA strong focus on learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University. /li liAn industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus. /li /ul pIf you're ready to lead with purpose, champion quality and food safety excellence, and help create a better tomorrow for consumers around the world, we'd love to hear from you. /p pbMars.
