The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on skill set and professional experience assessed throughout the interview process. /ppEUR 51,675- EUR 65,000 /ppAs part of the EMEA FPA Team, you will support financial planning and analysis for the Professional Haircare business in the Nordics, partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Finance Director and senior stakeholders across the business. /ppYou will combine financial expertise with broad business acumen to provide insight beyond financial reporting. Through effective business partnering, commercial analysis and profitability assessment, you will help optimise financial performance and support informed decision-making. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines. /ppWhat you will do: /ppPerformance Management Measurement /pulliDeliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting. /liliAnalyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances, working with budget holders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify issues, opportunities and actions. /liliSupport the annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements. /liliEnsure accurate allocation of internal costs and effective management of cross-charges. /liliProvide timely financial and management information to support business performance and organisational objectives. /liliMaintain compliance with internal reporting requirements. /li /ulpBusiness Decision Support /pulliManage and analyse PL performance across brands, countries, channels and sectors. /liliProvide commercial insight and recommendations, including opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs. /liliSupport pricing, promotions, product launches and relaunches through profitability and financial impact analysis. /liliSupport the GM and Leadership Team with monthly forecasting, business impact analysis and financial insights. /liliAct as a finance subject matter expert for Commercial and strategic projects. /liliBuild productive relationships with stakeholders across the business. /li /ulpPlanning Budgeting /pulliOwn the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to Regional and Global teams. /liliPartner with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, interpret financial information and identify key business drivers. /liliConsolidate planning inputs and provide financial insight to support annual budgets and in-year reforecasts. /liliDrive the planning process from preparation through to submission and follow-up. /li /ulpWhat you will need /pulliDegree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. /liliIdeally 3–5 years' relevant experience, preferably within an international, matrix organisation. /liliExperience in FPA, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. /liliExperience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with the ability to understand and navigate the local business environment. /liliFluency in, or the ability to communicate in, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage. /liliFMCG experience is advantageous, particularly within a branded, product-led and consumer-focused organisation. /liliBroad business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with wider business objectives. /liliExcellent analytical, communication, influencing, organisational and presentation skills. /liliA proactive, curious and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate analysis into practical actions. /liliHigh level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail. /liliCollaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, support change and work effectively across teams. /liliCreative, resourceful and confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders constructively. /li /ulpAt Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission.
