📍 Location: Amsterdam
Salary: €2600 - €2900 plus monthly bonus (€200 - €400 per month)

We are recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a premium fitness club in The Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking fitness operator that is passionate about providing exceptional service and a world-class fitness experience.
The Role
As Hospitality Manager, you will be the face of the club – leading your Host team to deliver outstanding service and ensuring every member and guest feels welcome. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager, supporting on all aspects of day-to-day operations, from sales and service standards to team coaching and club presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Host team to deliver excellent hospitality.
Greeting members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Driving customer satisfaction and resolving member queries quickly and effectively.
Supporting the Club Manager with daily operations including sales, service, and staff management.
Ensuring the club environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Creating a positive, community-driven atmosphere within the club.
Handling administrative duties and contributing to overall operational success.

Is eligible to work in The Netherlands (work and residence permit required).
