About the role:

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and we want TikTok to become one of our biggest channels for reaching new audiences and showing what is possible with AI. We are building our TikTok presence aggressively. We are not looking for someone to manage a social calendar, repost company updates or wait for briefs. We want someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands internet culture and knows how to turn products, trends and ideas into content people actually want to watch and share.

As our TikTok Creator, you will own Creative Fabrica's TikTok channel and be responsible for growing its reach, views and audience. You will have significant freedom to decide what we create: finding trends, developing concepts, creating and publishing videos, experimenting with new formats and continuously using performance data to understand what works.

This is a creator role, not a traditional social media management role. We expect you to personally create content, appear on camera, test ideas quickly and develop a recognizable personality and style for the channel. You will have access to our Video Editor, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer and Educational Content Producer, but you remain responsible for making the channel successful. TikTok rewards speed and experimentation, and we operate accordingly: expect a high volume of content and experiments, with successful concepts quickly turned into recurring formats and new variations.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do: 

• Own the channel - be accountable for growing Creative Fabrica's TikTok views, reach and audience
• Create and appear on camera - personally create, present and publish TikTok content on a consistent basis
• Develop original concepts - build content around AI, creativity, new technology, product capabilities, trends and internet culture
• Catch trends early - stay extremely close to TikTok, spot emerging trends, formats, sounds and conversations, and quickly turn them into content for our audience
• Hook people fast - develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first seconds of a video, and experiment with personalities, formats, series and storytelling styles
• Show off our AI products - use Creative Fabrica's AI tools yourself and find surprising, entertaining or useful things to create with them, without making every video feel like an advertisement
• Publish at high velocity - maintain a high publishing and experimentation pace, testing many ideas rather than relying on a few highly produced videos
• Learn from the data - monitor views, watch time, completion rate, shares and comments, then double down on winning formats with follow-ups, variations and recurring series
• Build a presence - engage with comments, collaborate with other TikTok creators, work with our creative team and Product Marketing on launches, and keep studying the best accounts inside and outside the AI industry

What you will need: 

• 2+ years of short-form experience - creating TikTok, short-form social or creator-led content, including personally growing a TikTok account
• Proven organic results - demonstrable experience creating short-form content that generates organic views and engagement
• Short-form craft - a strong understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, hooks, pacing, retention and short-form storytelling
• On-camera confidence - comfortable appearing and speaking on camera, with a strong personality you're happy to express publicly
• End-to-end production skills - able to independently take an idea from concept through recording and publication, with basic editing skills in tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro and comfort creating quickly with a phone
• High-output, data-informed mindset - comfortable creating and publishing frequently, experimenting publicly, having some ideas fail, and using TikTok analytics to recognize what works and immediately build on it
• AI curiosity and excellent English - a strong interest in AI, willingness to constantly experiment with new AI products and creative tools, and excellent spoken and written English

Nice to have: 

• A creator track record - an existing personal TikTok account or portfolio, ideally with videos reaching 100K+ or 1M+ organic views
• Format-building experience - you've built recurring TikTok formats or series, with strong comedic, storytelling or entertainment instincts
• AI and multi-platform content - experience creating content around AI, technology or creative tools, using generative AI in production, or working with Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts
• Creator-brand experience - you've made a brand account feel like a creator account, or worked in a startup or other fast-moving, high-output environment
