Workshop Carpenter

Wat ga je doen?

As a Workshop Carpenter – Wooden Frames & Windows, you will work in a modern production environment manufacturing high-quality wooden façade elements. This role is fully workshop-based — there is no on-site construction work . You will focus on precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality while working from technical drawings.

Your main tasks include:

• Producing wooden frames, windows, doors, and façade elements
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions
• Assembling, fitting, and finishing wooden components
• Working with professional woodworking machines and hand tools
• Checking dimensions and quality of finished products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

Employment conditions

• Gross hourly wage between €14.71 – €16.00, depending on experience
• Net salary approximately €450 – €550 per week, based on a 37.5-hour working week
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly together with your salary

• Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Experience as a workshop carpenter or production carpenter
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience with woodworking machines and hand tools
• Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Driving licence category B
• Motivated, reliable, and quality-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
