Senior Product Manager

Eindhoven (3+ days in office) | ð️ 40hrs per week This is what you tell people at partiesWe didn't become Europe's leading e-commerce shipping platform by playing it safe. Sendcloud powers 30,000+ online retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies. Helping them ship smarter, grow faster, and actually get shit done for their customers. Boring logistics? Not here. We're building the platform that solves shipping, at scale, globally!Post-purchase is where trust is won or lost — the moment a shopper checks their tracking page for the fifth time, or opens a return, is the moment that decides whether they buy from that merchant again. You will lead the products that shape that moment for thousands of merchants and millions of consumers: notifications, tracking pages, and returns. As a senior member of the Product team, you will turn what many treat as a cost centre into a genuine growth lever, and set the direction the rest of the organisation aligns behind.ð§ The RoleAs the Senior Product Manager, Post Purchase, you own the long-term vision and roadmap for Notifications, Tracking Pages, and Returns — balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation. You run continuous discovery, using qualitative and quantitative insight to uncover the opportunities that matter most to merchants and their customers. You lead complex, end-to-end projects from definition to delivery, managing risk and dependencies across technical and operational teams. You act as the go-to consultant for commercial, operations, and legal stakeholders, translating strategy into a roadmap the wider business can align behind. You balance the needs of two distinct audiences — the merchants who use the platform and the consumers who experience it — without compromising either. What you'll doDefine the Vision & Roadmap: You will own the strategic direction for Post Purchase products, creating a roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term innovation to keep Sendcloud at the forefront of the industry.Lead Continuous Discovery: You will drive a culture of experimentation and learning, conducting user interviews and data analysis to uncover insights that fuel the development of smarter shipping tools and automated support workflows.Drive Business Impact: You'll be accountable for key business results across post-purchase. You'll shape the tracking pages and notifications — email, SMS, WhatsApp — that millions of consumers see, working closely with carrier teams to turn our shipping intelligence into delivery updates shoppers trust and actually open.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, Carrier teams to build and scale features that utilize underlying intelligence models to automate routine tasks and provide actionable shipping data.Ensure business value and ROI: you will align the product strategy and roadmap with core business goals, utilizing data and analysis to guide decisions and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).Consult and collaborate cross-functionally: You'll act as the key consultant to commercial, operations, and legal in your area, and partner closely with the many teams your products depend on — SISA, carriers, integrations, and more — to get things built and shipped. You'll keep leadership and external stakeholders clear on progress and impact.Monitor and adapt: maintain awareness of the global shipping market, carrier capabilities, consumer and distribution trends to ensure the Sendcloud platform remains competitive and compliant. What you bring to the tablePersonallyYou have deep empathy for the people on both sides of a return — the merchant footing the bill and the consumer who just wants their money back — and a genuine drive to solve their pain points. You combine strategic thinking with execution: as comfortable setting a threeyear vision as you are unblocking a dependency this week. You are structured and hands-on, and you thrive when the roadmap is yours to define, not just deliver.Professionally5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment, combined with exposure to shipping, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL).A track record of leading product discovery to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into a prioritised roadmap.Experience with returns or reverse logistics is a strong requirement, not a nice-tohave.Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines in demanding operational environments.Fluent, confident English, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and operations partners. A degree in business administration, supply chain, or logistics is a plus, not a requirement.️ Our Values No bullshit: Big egos suck. Be open, honest and transparent. Share your mistakes openly and learn from them. Don’t just talk about problems, solve them. Grow & win: Be highly curious, adaptable & proactive. Embrace discomfort and change. Keep an open mindset and learn from others. You invest in our growth, so we invest in yours. Have fun: Work hard, laugh harder. Not everything has to be serious. Be yourself, especially if you’re the good kind of crazy. Sendcloud is an adventure, not a corporate maze, enjoy the ride.
