Production Coordinator - Content & Creators

pSix restaurants. Six dishes. One afternoon, every dish with a pairing to match. An introduction to a city's food scene, and to the people shaping it. /p pWe have been making those introductions in the Netherlands as WijnSpijs since 2013. Table6 carries the same standards into the UK and Germany, adapted for each city, and that is where most of our growth is happening now. /p pThree markets means three times the content. Creators to brief, restaurants to ask for footage and photography, videographers to book, and an asset library that still has to make sense six months from now. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to own that whole process, from the first request to the finished file. /p pThe strategy and the brand guidelines already exist. Your job is to make sure everyone we work with knows them, works to them, and delivers on time. You also decide whether what comes back is good enough to publish. /p pYou will report to our Marketing Lead. The job is based in our Haarlem office, with around one day a week from home. /pbr /ul liFind, brief and book the creators, influencers, videographers and photographers behind our content. /li liGet what each campaign needs from participating restaurants: footage, photography, logos, menus. Follow up until it arrives and is usable. /li liRun the practical side: briefs, deadlines, deliverables, fees and invoices. /li liKeep usage rights, permissions and credits straight, so we always know where an asset came from and who to credit. /li liKeep the trackers and the asset library in order in Notion and Google Drive, so an editor can find what they need without asking you. /li liCoordinate handovers between creators, editors and the marketing team, and help get approved content published. /li /ul pIn your first KPI meeting you and your Marketing Lead agree what good looks like: deliverables in on time, priority requests filled with usable assets, and every asset stored with its source, credit and usage information. /pbr /ul liTwo to four years in content production, creator or influencer coordination, or creative project coordination. /li liFluent in English and German. Dutch is a plus. /li liOrganised, with several deadlines and a dozen external contacts running at once. /li liPersistent, friendly follow-up until things arrive. /li liGood judgement on content quality. You can tell when something is not right for the restaurant it features, and you say so. /li liComfortable with Notion, Google Drive and spreadsheets, and precise with credits, permissions and file names. /li /ul pstrongNice to have, not essential /strong /p ul liExperience working with restaurants, hotels, events or lifestyle brands. /li liBasic understanding of photography, short-form video or editing workflows. /li liExperience with creator fees, invoices and content-usage terms. /li /ul pIf you meet most of this and can show work that backs it up, we would rather hear from you than not. /pbr /ul liAn employment contract with WijnSpijs B.V., based in Haarlem /li li€2,700 to €3,300 gross per month at 40 hours, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance /li li32 to 40 hours a week, based in the Haarlem office with around one day a week from home /li li25 holiday days a year based on 40 hours /li liCommuting costs covered /li liA growth path that is written down /li liOccasional travel and event attendance across our three markets: the UK, Germany and the Netherlands /li liWeekend work happens now and then.
