Together, our global staff help students from around the world develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams. /pAre you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?pAs a Customer Support Coordinator, you will help provide top-of-the-line customer support to our Language Abroad program students, working closely with your local and global EF Customer Support teams. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, supporting them throughout their journey with us until they return from their trip. /pYour key responsibilities will include:pbBooking and invoicing support: /b Assist with student bookings, updates, and invoicing procedures, ensuring customer information and invoices are processed accurately. /ppbAdmissions support: /b Guide prospective students through the admissions process, helping them complete the required steps and providing clear, timely information. /ppbTravel support: /b Support students with travel-related processes, including visa procedures, flight bookings, and other pre-departure arrangements. /ppbStudent communication: /b Act as a reliable point of contact for students, student guardians, and EF campuses, escalating issues and following up to ensure they are resolved. /ppbCustomer service: /b Build positive customer relationships by providing friendly, responsive, and high-quality service from a student’s first call with us throughout the EF journey and after they return home. /ppbAdministrative coordination: /b Maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding actions, and collaborate with internal teams to keep each student’s journey running smoothly. /pWhat were looking for:pWorking fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) /ppFull fluency in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking) /ppFull working rights in the Netherlands /ppSomeone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a ‘can-do’ attitude /ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /ppStrong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities /pp1–2 years’ experience in customer support, customer service, administration, or a related field /ppExperience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus! /ppAll additional languages are a plus! /pp*bPlease note that this role is fully on-site. /b Our onsite policy enhances collaboration, company culture, and faster decision-making.
