• Good command of the English language (both spoken and written)
• Experience with logistics or operational planning processes

• Experience with computer systems and logistics software
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00 / 09:00–18:00) or day shift (07:00–16:00
• It is desirable that you have a proactive attitude and take initiative when challenges arise. You remain calm under pressure, communicate easily with different teams, and enjoy working together to make each day a success.

• Salary between €2,610.73 and €3,753.93 gross per month according to CLA scale 6, depending on experience
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week, working in a two-shift system

Functieomschrijving
You will be working at one of the largest logistics service providers in the world, within the team responsible for HP’s logistics operations. Together with driven colleagues, you ensure that processes run efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carefully executing and documenting deviations
• Investigating customer complaints and discrepancies
• Recording, tracking, and analyzing (complex) disruptions in processes, systems, or equipment, and initiating and following up on actions where necessary
• Resolving problems directly and independently to minimize downtime
• Communicating and organizing meetings with various teams to clearly identify issues
• Proactively suggesting optimizations to prevent recurrence
• Supporting projects related to process improvement or the implementation of new systems
