ph3Overview /h3 pWe have an opportunity for a Bim Manager to join our Data Centre team in Amsterdam . /p pThe BIM Manager oversees the implementation of the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across projects within the nominated business unit. This role provides technical leadership, guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective delivery of BIM processes from pre-contract through to project handover. /p pThe BIM Manager ensures compliance with company-wide BIM standards, coordinates multi-disciplinary design models and drives innovation in digital construction workflows. /p pAt John Sisk Son, we’re more than a construction company, we’re a family-owned business with a global reach, committed to building excellence in every project. We deliver trust, certainty and value to our clients while embracing innovation and shaping the future of construction. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Pre-Contract Stage /h3 ul lipReview tender documents (Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify client BIM and digital requirements. /p /li lipAttend tender kick-off meetings to discuss DPD scenarios and proposed digital strategies. /p /li lipSupport development of Precontract BIM Execution Plans (BEP). /p /li lipEnsure consultants and specialist designers are fully aware of DPD responsibilities. /p /li lipPopulate and score Supply Chain Digital Capability (SCDC) assessments. /p /li lipProvide technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, clash detection, logistics and cost management. /p /li lipAssist with developing 4D BIM construction sequencing. /p /li lipSupport bidding teams with BIM/digital enquiries for quality submissions. /p /li lipEnsure consultants’ and specialist designers’ fees for DPD are included in Prelims. /p /li /ul h3Business-wide Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDeploy and score SCDC assessments for all consultants and specialist designers. /p /li lipHandover agreed DPD strategy to project team at tender handover meetings. /p /li lipEnsure project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, CDE protocols and Design Responsibility Matrix are fully implemented. /p /li /ul h3Project Delivery Stage /h3 ul lipLead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and specialist designers. /p /li lipLead DPD kick-off meetings with senior project management teams to finalise strategy. /p /li lipSetup and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management, ensuring protocol compliance. /p /li lipMonitor project DPD strategy implementation, identifying gaps and corrective actions. /p /li lipExplore and evaluate emerging digital construction technologies. /p /li lipProvide hands-on training and upskilling sessions for project teams. /p /li lipSupport BIM Lead with audits, lessons learned capture and best practice sharing. /p /li lipSupport 4D BIM development for planning and logistics integration where required. /p /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Digital Tools Technical Knowledge /h3 ul lipAutodesk Revit: Advanced knowledge in developing, editing and publishing 3D BIM models. /p /li lipAutodesk Navisworks: Expert in NWD file production for navigation, clash detection and model validation. /p /li lipBIMCollab: Advanced usage for clash and issue management. /p /li lipSynchro: Knowledge of 4D BIM coordination desirable. /p /li lipInformation Management: Expertise in CDE platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects (VFP), Autodesk 360 or equivalent. /p /li /ul h3Essential /h3 ul lipDemonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary BIM workflows and DPD implementation. /p /li lipMinimum of 5 years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects implementing BIM Level 2 standards. /p /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul lipStrong supervisory organisational and leadership skills. /p /li lipAbility to work across multi-disciplinary, complex project environments. /p /li lipBuild and maintain strong relationships with pre-contract, operational teams and supply chain partners. /p /li lipExcellent reporting, presentation and public speaking skills. /p /li lipSelf-motivated with ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively. /p /li lipDeliver workshop-based and hands-on training to project teams. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul lipDegree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Computing, Architecture or related discipline. /p /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul lipStrong understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards. /p /li lipFull membership of relevant professional institution desirable. /p /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liCompetitive salary /li li26 days annual /li liPension and benefits /li liUnlimited learning and development opportunities /li liMuch more /li /ul h3Our People and Recruitment Commitment /h3 pAt Sisk Group our people are at the heart of our success.
