You will be responsible for shaping long-term partnerships, driving complex solution sales, and positioning IQVIA’s RDS capabilities as a catalyst for innovation and speed in drug development. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAchieve individual annual sales target based on selling to pharmaceutical clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas as assigned. /li liMaintain in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities. /li liActively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and/or existing Customers/Accounts. /li liEstablish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account. /li liCultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within Account and develop deep knowledge of the customer organization. /li liActively network in the industry to establish relationships and to identify potential opportunities. /li liAggressively pursue awareness of competitive activities, positioning and pricing, which includes specific reasons for awards and non-awards. /li liContinuously monitor status of leads and opportunities to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained. /li liAnalyse potential opportunities and develop sales strategies for each customer account. /li liEnsure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans. /li liEstablish brand recognition; communicate with internal Project Managers to assess overall level of customer satisfaction and progress of projects. /li liWork with operations and functional managers to identify sales team and prepares and leads the sales presentation. Educate team participants in customer culture, operational needs/methods and sales techniques needed to close the sale. /li liCoordinate with contracts and proposals to develop proposal. /li liHandle follow-up related to the sale and drive completion of contractual documents. /li liUtilize CRM to establish reports and dashboards to analyse business development and sales activities and track progress. /li liMaintain high visibility within customer organization. /li liLead/participate in change management initiatives for the sales organization. /li liProvide overall support and serves as a mentor for junior sales staff members.br/ /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations, with a focus on large-scale clinical programs /li liProven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma /li liStrong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics /li liExecutive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills /li liAbility to navigate complex sales cycles and drive cross-functional collaboration /li liExperience with portfolio-level planning, asset prioritization, and long-range forecasting /li liStrong financial acumen and ability to structure deals that balance client value with commercial viability /li /ul h3Why Join? /h3 pThose who join us become part of a recognized global leader still willing to challenge the status quo to improve patient care.
