Your responsibilities will include ensuring the overall success of our customers throughout their journey. You will be instrumental in making sure customers are not just onboarded but actively engaged, adopting their cyber security solutions, and, most importantly, preventing churn. /ppstrongThe Role: /strong /pulliOnboarding Customers: Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers onto our platform /liliAccount Management: Handle your own portfolio of accounts /liliStakeholder Management: Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with customers /liliRisk Mitigation: Take actions on identified risks to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction /liliEnterprise Sales Support: Support enterprise-level sales opportunities, collaborating closely with the Sales and Product teams /liliProcess Maturation and Customer Journey Enhancement: Continuously refine and enhance Customer Success Management (CSM) processes and customer journey to optimize overall customer satisfaction and experience /li /ulpstrongThe Person: /strong /pulliFluent in German OR French and English /liliOver 5 years of Customer Success experience, selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space /liliPrevious startup/scaleup experience /liliSolid understanding of cyber security fundamentals, risks and vulnerabilities /liliSuccessful history in minimizing account churn /liliProven track record in connecting technology with customer needs /liliDemonstrated experience with diverse customer types, including SMEs, enterprises, government entities, and sectors such as retail and finance /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3pMid-Senior level /ph3Employment type /h3pFull-time /ph3Job function /h3pSales, Customer Service, and Consulting /ph3Industries /h3pComputer and Network Security /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
